Measure the case and the mounting surface

Measure the widest case section including feet or ribs where each saddle will sit. Add total width clearance once. Set the top gap from the case to the flat mounting plane, following the device maker’s ventilation clearance. Match the screw centers across each saddle; you place the two saddles along the case length.

Finished opening:: 90.80 mm wide × 38.00 mm from bridge top to mounting plane; 6.00 mm above the measured case.
Mounting:: 130.00 mm screw centers across each saddle, four screws total. 4.50 mm circular shank clearance inside pointed holes; 9.00 mm head/washer envelope.

Fit an unusual enclosed power brick, hub or small electronics case to a flat underside using measured case dimensions and existing screw spacing. One pair of open-ended PETG saddles per quantity. Position them along the case to clear vents and ports. Hardware and a separate retaining strap are required and not included. Physical print, fit, heat and loaded-use testing are pending; no load rating or equipment-fit claim. Measure the widest rectangular case envelope at both saddle positions, including feet and ribs. Add total width clearance once. Set the gap above the case to the equipment maker’s required ventilation clearance; the preset gap is an example only. Crosswise screw pitch is shared by both saddles. Place the pair independently along the case length, leaving at least 4 mm between two vent-free strips of the selected saddle width. Keep ports, switches, cables and every vent clear. Four pan-head screws with flat washers and a separate retaining strap are required, not supplied. Select screw lengths for the mounting substrate. Open-ended saddles have no integral latch or end stop; slide the case in and fit the retaining strap to prevent lengthwise movement. Flat mounting ears have 45-degree external braces. Checks preserve straight head/washer access, material around the holes and the full two-part A1 layout. Each screw center stays within 25 mm of its upright outside face to avoid long ears.
