Shipping is currently available only within the United States. Enter a supported delivery address at checkout. If you have a question about your address, contact the shop before paying.
Production comes first
Orders are made to order on a single Bambu Lab A1. Allow approximately 2–5 business days for production after payment and any required approval. Carrier transit time is additional.
A busy queue, large quantity, or complex custom model may require extra time. We will discuss material changes to the estimate. Expedited shipping speeds up transit after dispatch; it does not reserve an earlier printer slot. Please contact us before ordering for a fixed deadline.
Shipping charges & free shipping
The current shipping options are listed above. Free standard shipping applies when the qualifying merchandise subtotal, after discounts and before shipping or tax, reaches $75.00. Expedited service remains a paid option. Your final shipping charge and applicable tax appear at checkout before payment.
These draft rates and transit estimates need confirmation before launch. Business-day estimates exclude weekends and carrier holidays and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Tracking, delays & damaged parcels
When an order ships, we send available tracking details by email. Carrier scans may take time to appear. Check the delivery address carefully and let us know promptly if it needs to change before dispatch.
If a parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order reference. Keep the packaging and any damaged items while we review the issue. See the returns policy for the next steps.
