Information you share
3DPrinterVerse collects the details you provide when you contact the shop, request a quote, or place an order. These can include your name, email address, delivery address, message, order options, and uploaded model. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in a message or file.
We use those details to respond to you, estimate and manufacture a print, process an order, arrange delivery, and resolve problems. Contact messages, quote details, and order records are stored in Cloudflare D1.
Payments through Stripe
Stripe processes payments and collects payment details through its checkout interface. The shop stores order totals, payment references, and the information needed for fulfillment. Full payment card numbers and card security codes are not stored in the shop’s database.
Stripe handles information under its own privacy terms. Review those terms in the payment interface if you want to learn more about its processing.
Uploaded model files
Files submitted for custom quotes are stored in Cloudflare R2. The shop uses them to inspect the model, calculate the estimate, prepare the print, and fulfill the request. You retain ownership of your original design.
A file may contain information beyond its visible geometry, such as an author name or other metadata. Remove anything you do not want to share before uploading. We do not need confidential personal data to print a model.
Email & service providers
We use your email for replies, quote decisions, payment and order confirmations, and shipping updates. Configured email delivery services may process the address and message content needed to deliver those emails. Cloudflare provides hosting and storage, Stripe provides payments, and shipping carriers receive the delivery details needed for your parcel.
Submitting the contact form does not subscribe you to marketing. The shop does not sell the personal information provided for an order or a quote.
Browser storage & spam prevention
The cart uses local storage in your browser to remember selected items. You can clear it through your browser settings or the cart. Staff sign-in uses a separate session cookie for administration.
The contact form uses a hidden spam field and temporary request limits. Network information, such as a connection IP address, may be used briefly to limit abusive submissions. It is not added to the saved contact message.
Retention & deletion
We keep messages and uploaded files for as long as needed to review the request, fulfill an order, and address follow-up issues. Order and payment records may need to be retained longer for accounting, payment disputes, or other applicable obligations. The final retention schedule must be reviewed before launch.
You can ask the shop to correct your details or delete contact messages and uploaded files that are no longer needed. Include the quote or order reference so we can locate the records. Some records may have to be retained; we will explain that when reviewing your request.
Contact about privacy
Use the contact form or email hello@3dprinterverse.com. Do not send card details or identity documents with an initial privacy request. This policy is a template and needs review of the shop’s actual practices before launch.
