Bambu A1 · Fits the 256 mm bed
Print each ring flat on a broad face, PETG at 100% infill with a 0.4 mm nozzle; the stem gap passes through the full height. No supports. The complete set includes a 4 mm gap between rings. The store reserves an 11 mm bed margin.
Straight round seats and radial centering only. Use one trial ring, with separate existing axial retention. Check stem, rotor, balance, dial feet, clamps and caseback clearance. Clean all print debris before a dry fit. Physical print and fit tests are pending; printed dimensions can vary.
One measured PETG watch spacer or a three-ring fit set. Customize both diameters, height, stem gap and independent diameter clearances.
Three separate rings with the same height and stem opening. Trial steps change both diameter clearances together; they are examples, not guaranteed printer tolerances.
Measure the actual case seat and movement
Measure the straight circular case seat where the ring will sit, and the movement’s outside centering surface at that same height. Use actual caliper measurements, not the watch’s advertised case size. Choose the finished height from the available space; this straight ring centers sideways and has no axial support ledge.
Top view · nominal ring · full-height stem gap opens right. Dashed circles are the measured mating parts; they are not printed.
Finished set: 3 separate trial rings, each 3 mm tall with a 4 mm stem gap. Use one ring in the watch.
| Ring | Outside | Min. inside | Case gap¹ | Movement gap¹ |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| A · less clearance | 32.9 | 26.1 | 0.1 | 0.1 |
| B · nominal | 32.8 | 26.2 | 0.2 | 0.2 |
| C · more clearance | 32.7 | 26.3 | 0.3 | 0.3 |
¹ Total diametrical clearance, not per-side clearance. Outside = case seat minus case clearance; inside = movement plus movement clearance. Minimum bore facets clear the whole requested circle.
A has 0.1 mm less clearance at both interfaces; C has 0.1 mm more. These change together. Identify loose rings by outside diameter: A is largest, C smallest. There are no printed labels. Separate configurations allow independent fit changes.
The case seat and centering surface must be straight, round and concentric. Check the stem/crown tube height independently; changing this ring’s height does not reposition the movement. The full-height gap needs to clear the complete stem and tube without making contact.
Use existing suitable axial retention. Check the rotor, balance, caseback, dial feet, clamps and all moving parts through their complete travel. There are no shoulders, clamp pockets or dial-foot holes; a shaped movement holder needs a different design. Never force a ring into place or transfer retention loads to the stem.
Print dimensions vary; trial steps are size choices, not a stated manufacturing tolerance. Dry fit carefully and remove all strings, burrs and debris away from the movement. This PETG spacer is not a gasket or a shock protection system and does not establish water resistance. Physical print and fit testing are pending. An exact stock ring is usually cheaper when available.
Center an unusual round watch movement in a measured round case seat. Independently set both diameters, ring height and the full-height stem gap. Choose one nominal ring or three fit trials; use only one ring in the watch. PETG, with no printed locating ledge, dial-foot holes or clamp pockets. Physical print and fit testing are pending; presets are measurement examples, without movement or case compatibility claims. Measure the straight round case seat inside diameter and the movement's round outside centering surface at the same height. Advertised watch-case size is not the seating diameter. Outside = measured case minus total case clearance; minimum inside = movement plus total movement clearance. Clearances apply across the diameter, not per side. For three trials, A reduces both clearances by the fit step; B is nominal; C increases both. Identify rings by outside diameter: A is largest and C smallest. No printed labels. These clearances change together; separate configurations allow independent changes. Use one ring in the watch, not a stack of all three. The height is the finished spacer height, not a calculated stem alignment. This straight ring has no support ledge and does not set the movement's axial position. Separate suitable existing axial retention is required; do not load the stem. Check the complete stem/crown tube gap, crown height, rotor, balance, dial feet, clamps and caseback clearance independently. Straight round concentric seats only; no shaped holders, stepped seats, shoulders, dial-foot holes or clamp pockets. Not a gasket; no water resistance or shock protection rating. Outer facets stay within the entered outside circle; inner tangent facets clear the complete requested bore. Each ring keeps at least 1.2 mm of radial wall and 1.2 mm height; the stem gap is at most 60% of the smallest inside diameter. PETG, 100% infill and 0.4 mm nozzle; broad face down with a full-height stem gap, no supports. The entire set with its 4 mm print gaps must fit the 245 mm usable envelope in the Bambu A1's 256 mm bed. The price uses actual polygon material volume and surface area, including every ring and stem gap; server checkout validates and recalculates it. Printed dimensions vary: fit steps are size choices, not a manufacturing tolerance promise. Remove strings, burrs and all debris away from the movement before a careful dry fit; never force assembly. Physical print and fit testing are pending. Case, movement, watch parts and tools are separate. An exact stock ring may cost less if available. Original geometry; no competitor CAD copied.
