A spacer for measured watch parts
When a round movement and an unusual round case seat have no matching stock ring, independent inside and outside dimensions fill that fit gap. This original straight C-ring provides radial centering with a full-height stem opening. It does not support the movement axially or correct the crown height.
Choose one nominal ring or three fit trials. For each ring, outside diameter is the measured case seat minus total case clearance. Minimum inside diameter is the measured movement plus total movement clearance. The two extra trials reduce or increase both clearances by the same chosen step; use one ring in the watch. Separate configurations cover different independent clearance changes.
The outer polygon stays within its circle and the inner tangent facets enclose the requested movement circle. All rings retain at least 1.2 mm of radial wall and 1.2 mm height for a 0.4 mm nozzle. The gap is at most 60% of the smallest inside diameter. The entire print layout, with 4 mm between rings, must fit the 245 mm usable space inside a Bambu A1’s 256 mm bed. PETG, 100% infill, broad face down; no supports.
The browser preview and STL share the same local Manifold solid. Polygon area, perimeter and height determine material volume and surface area, including the stem opening and every trial ring. Existing material and machine rates price that geometry; checkout repeats validation and price calculation.
Check straight round seating surfaces, suitable separate axial retention, stem height and all rotor, balance, dial-foot, clamp and caseback clearances. No stepped seats, locating ledge, dial-foot holes or clamp pockets. Clean debris and dry fit carefully. Printed dimensions vary and fit trial steps do not state a manufacturing tolerance. Physical print and fit tests are pending; no brand compatibility, shock protection or water resistance is claimed. Exact stock parts may cost less.
