Bambu A1 · Fits the 256 mm bed
Print both broad side profiles flat as shown, 4 mm apart. PETG, 100% infill, 0.4 mm nozzle; no supports. The store reserves an 11 mm bed margin.
One pair per quantity. Soft lashing, loom and flat sticks are separate. Open seats do not lock the sticks. Support slack sticks for threading only; keep the cross tied independently and remove before tensioning or weaving. Physical print, fit and use tests are pending.
One PETG pair measured to a rectangular loom beam and flat lease sticks. Set stick positions, clearance and engagement; soft lashing and sticks separate.
Measured example only. Check beam access, both stick ends and clearance to the shafts and warp.
Measure the beam, then the flat sticks
Measure a flat-topped rectangular beam front to back. The first stick center is measured from the beam face toward the shafts, before adding the printed wall. Measure both sticks lying flat: width front to back, thickness vertically. Clearances are total allowances, added once. Seat the beam against the inside-facing saddle leg before lashing so the first-center measurement starts at that contact face.
One PETG pair per quantity. Lash each saddle over its cap and around the beam using separate soft cord or straps. Open notches do not lock the sticks; keep the cross tied independently. For slack-stick support while threading; remove before tensioning, beaming or weaving. Flat sticks and rectangular beams only. Physical print, fit and use testing are pending.
A pair of PETG brackets for holding flat lease sticks during threading of a slack warp. Fit the measured flat-topped rectangular loom beam, actual stick section and desired stick positions. Separate soft lashing is required around each bracket and beam; keep the cross tied independently. Loom, sticks and lashing are not included. Physical print, fit and use testing are pending; presets make no loom-fit claim. Measure the beam front to back, including any protective padding. Clearance is a total width allowance. The downward leg engagement must clear the loom on both sides. Flat-topped rectangular beams only, without projecting raddles or fittings. Measure the two flat sticks with their broad faces horizontal; both must share the same section. Seat the beam against the inside-facing saddle leg before lashing; width clearance lies at the opposite leg. The first center is measured from this beam contact face toward the shafts, with independent center spacing to the second stick. Square-bottom seats preserve the measured rectangular stick envelope and have 0.8 mm mouth chamfers. Leave the bracket width plus at least 4 mm exposed at each stick end outside the warp; keep yarn off printed surfaces. Lash each bracket over its cap and around the beam using soft cord or straps. Open notches do not lock sticks: keep the cross and sticks tied independently. For slack-stick support during threading only; remove before beaming, tensioning, weaving, folding or moving the loom. Clear burrs/stringing and protect the beam finish. Print both broad side profiles flat, 4 mm apart, PETG at 100% infill with a 0.4 mm nozzle and no supports. The complete pair must fit the 245 mm usable envelope within the Bambu A1's 256 mm bed. Checks preserve 4 mm webs and limit arm projection to 130 mm; this is a design boundary, not a load rating. Price follows exact solid material volume and surface area for both pieces. Physical print, fit, finish and use testing are pending. Test without a warp first. Presets are measured examples and make no brand-fit claim.
