Bambu A1 · Fits the 256 mm bed
Print with the full floor flat on the bed and the wells facing upward. Open thumb cutouts need no supports. PLA or PETG, 100% infill. The store reserves an 11 mm bed margin.
One open insert; box, lid, cards and sleeves are separate. Measure below the closed lid and compare your actual deck thickness with the shown stack depth. Physical print and fit testing are pending.
Custom card-box insert
Fit sleeved decks to your measured box recess, with unequal bay widths, one or two rows and rounded thumb access. One open insert per quantity.
Example: three 46 mm sleeve columns, two rows of 70 mm sleeves. Measure your box and sleeves.
Measure your box and sleeved cards
- Measure the smallest inside width and length of the rectangular recess where the insert will sit. Measure depth to the underside of the closed lid, including any boards stored above it.
- Enter the outside sleeve width for each column, separated by commas, in left-to-right order. Use the longest sleeve length for every well. Columns can have different widths.
- Box clearance is subtracted once from width and length; half is left on each side. Sleeve clearance is added once to each sleeve width and length. Extra box width is shared evenly between columns.

Usable stack depth: 20.40 mm. Measure your thickest actual deck; card counts vary with sleeve thickness. Space below lid: 2.00 mm.
Thumb openings reach the floor by default for the last cards. A raised floor lip reduces that access. Open storage for a flat rectangular recess; no lid or vertical-transport retention. Presets are examples; physical print and fit testing are pending.
