Print with the flat flange on the bed and hose connection upward. PETG, 100% infill; no supports. The store reserves an 11 mm bed margin.
One port per quantity. Four through-holes; hardware and gasket are separate. Independently support the hose. Physical print, fit and airflow testing are pending.
Custom bolt-on dust port
Match a flat four-hole mounting face and actual hose cuff. Set screw spacing, flange size and port offset. One PETG port, with socket or spigot fit.
Measured example with an 86 × 66 mm four-hole pattern. Presets do not promise tool or brand compatibility.
Measure the mounting face and the actual hose cuff
Measure four screw holes center to center, the available flat face and the cuff at its mating end. Socket fits over a measured outside diameter; spigot fits inside a measured inside diameter. Clearance is applied once to diameter. Offset directions are shown looking into the hose connection.

Flat mounting faces and rectangular four-hole patterns only. The machine opening must expose the displayed round bore and leave material behind all four screws. Check its shape yourself; this design does not model the machine. Keep existing guards and moving-part clearance. Gasket, screws and washers are separate; use pan-head screws and support the hose independently.
